Returns & Refunds Policy

Argomedgroup aims to provide high-quality podiatry equipment and instruments. If a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, the following Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The item has not been used.

  • The item is returned in its original condition.

  • The item is returned, where possible, in its original packaging.

Argomedgroup reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Argomedgroup will notify the customer of the outcome.

If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Argomedgroup.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Argomedgroup should be contacted as soon as possible so that a replacement or full refund can be arranged.
